Welcome to Refined Rides! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services. By scheduling an appointment or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided
Refined Rides provides mobile car detailing services at your location, including but not limited to: exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, and full-detail packages.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions (e.g., location accessibility or unsafe work area) are not suitable for detailing.

2. Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance (online, by phone, or text).

Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and that you or someone over 18 is present at the location unless prior arrangements are made.

We strive to be punctual, but due to traffic, weather, or prior delays, our arrival time may vary within a 30-minute window.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows may result in a full service charge.

4. Payments
We request you pay in person via cash/venmo/cashapp/zelle
