1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include:
A return visit to fix any missed areas
A partial refund, if appropriate
A credit toward a future service
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Service was not performed as described
There was an accidental charge or billing error
Service was cancelled properly (see below)
We do not offer refunds for:
Customer no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance
Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed
